We cannot amend the shipping address or the items ordered after orders have been processed.
We are only able to ship to the address specified during checkout.
We are unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided and/or entered incorrectly during checkout.
If your tracking information state your order was delivered and you believe this to be an error, please contact your local post office and inform us.
Please be advised if you do not choose to track your item it is your responsibility if the item is lost in the post. We highly recommend tracking your item.

We will work with you in contacting Royal Mail. You may get a faster result by contacting or visiting your local post office.
For cases where an order is lost with a tracking number, we will file a claim on our end and ship out a new order if the items are still available. The reshipment will require a signature upon delivery. If one or more of the items you ordered are unavailable, we will issue store credit if tracking says your items were delivered.
Love YaaYaa reserves the right to substitute a shipping method if the requested shipping method is not available for your address.
